Roadrunners Earn AVCA Honors
LEXINGTON, KY — Sophomore Grace Boeder and Head Coach Jayme Frazier were recognized by the American Volleyball Coaches Association after the Roadrunners posted an historic season in which they captured their third consecutive NWAC Championship with a perfect 36-0 record.
Boeder, a middle blocker from Albany, was named 1st Team all-America. She also was named NWAC South Region Player of the Year and the Most Valuable Player of the NWAC Championship Tournament.
Frazier was named Two-Year Coach of the Year for the West Region. She also was named NWAC Coach of the Year and earned her 700th career victory on September 30th.
