Bio

Leslie Reinecker joined the Roadrunners staff in 2019 as assistant coach and was hired into the head coach role in June 2023.

Reinecker has 19 years of coaching experience, with 14 years at the collegiate level, including three years as a collegiate head coach. She played an essential role in the Roadrunners' run to the NWAC Championship Tournament this past season, and an overall record of 21-7. 

Prior to joining the Linn-Benton staff in 2019, Reinecker spent three years as head coach at LeTourneau University (NCAA Division III) where she posted numerous program firsts, including best single season overall record and back-to-back American Southwest Conference tournament appearances. She left LeTourneau to move to Oregon to be closer to family, and joined the Roadrunner staff to get back into coaching.

Before LeTourneau Reinecker was an assistant at Sam Houston State (NCAA Division I) for five seasons after previously serving as head coach for five years at two different high schools. She started her coaching career as an assistant coach at Allegheny College (NCAA Division III). 

Reinecker played collegiately at Southwestern University (Texas). She earned her bachelor's degree from Southwestern and her master's degree from Sam Houston State.
