ALBANY, Ore. — Linn-Benton managed just 28% field goal shooting en route to a 55-46 loss to Chemeketa in NWAC South Region women's basketball action Saturday afternoon.
The Roadrunners (15-8, 7-6) trailed by just two points at halftime, 20-18, but scored just eight points in the third quarter, allowing Chemeketa to open up a 37-26 lead heading into the final quarter.
BettyAnn Wilson led the Roadrunners with 19 points and nine rebounds, and Katelynn Weaver added 10 points and five rebounds.
Linn-Benton next hosts Clark Monday at 5:30 p.m.
