ALBANY, Ore. — Brooklynn Hankwitz had 26 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lead Linn-Benton past University of Oregon's women's basketball club 81-38 Tuesday night.
The Roadrunners (3-1) also got 11 points and 15 rebounds from Kathleen Hale while Emmaly Welch chipped in 12 points and nine rebounds.
As a team, Linn-Benton outrebounded Oregon 55-27.
Linn-Benton next hosts the Roadrunner Classic Friday night and Saturday afternoon. The Roadrunners play Yakima Valley Friday at 7:00 pm and Blue Mountain on Saturday at 4:00 pm.
