ALBANY, Ore. — Linn-Benton held off Chemeketa's late run to beat the Storm 53-50 in NWAC South Region men's basketball action Saturday afternoon.
The Roadrunners (12-12, 7-6) were led by Cade Smith's 15 points and seven rebounds. Michael Lundy added 10 points. TJ Zimmermann was held to six points, but grabbed a game-high 12 rebounds.
Linn-Benton shot just 31% from the field, but still outshot Chemeketa (30%).
The Roadrunners next host Clark Monday at 7:30 p.m.
