Dumitru Named to ABCA all-America 2nd Team

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Linn-Benton outfielder Titus Dumitru has been named to the American Baseball Coaches Association all-America 2nd Team, as announced by the ABCA Wednesday.

Dumitru, a sophomore from Gresham, Ore., was the NWAC South Region Most Valuable Player and NWAC all-Conference 1st team selection this season.

Dumitru hit .316, had 32 RBIs, eight doubles and three home runs for the Roadrunners in 2023. He also logged 14 stolen bases. He has committed to play next years for New Mexico State University.
