ALBANY, Ore. — Brooklyn Willard had 10 kills and 14 digs to lead #1 Linn-Benton past Clackamas 3-0 in NWAC South Region volleyball action Wednesday night.
The Roadrunners' (15-0, 1-0 NWAC South) offensive attack was fueled by Meah Carley and Avery Hughes, who recorded 15 and 13 assists, respectively.
The match was the South Region opener for both teams. Clackamas (5-1, 0-1) was also previouslyl unbeaten coming into tonight's match. The NWAC office dubbed the match its Match of the Week.
Linn-Benton next travels to Chemeketa on Friday for a 6:00 pm match.
