ALBANY, Ore. — Kyree Davis led all scorer's with 19 points, but #1 Umpqua topped Linn-Benton Community College 72-54 in NWAC South Region men's basketball action Wednesday night.
The Roadrunners (6-10 overall, 0-3 NWAC South) managed to shoot only 30% from the field. Umpqua (16-1, 4-0) shot 52% from the field and outscored the Roadrunners 37-21 in the second half.
Davis also added seven rebounds, five steals and four assists for the Roadrunners.
LBCC is next in action Saturday when it hosts Portland at 4:00 p.m.
