ALBANY, Ore. — Linn-Benton collected 13 hits, include four doubles and a triple, en route to a 13-0 win over Linfield College's JV program in the first game of a scheduled double-header Saturday afternoon.
The win lifted the Roadrunners' record to 9-5 on the season.
Maxwell Long notched three hits for the game and Colton Talton recorded two of the Roadrunners' four doubles. Talton added two RBI's, as did Logan Hanson, Jacob Melton, Jacob Overstreet and Henry Wiebke. Melton went 2-for-2 for the game, including a double and a triple.
