ALBANY, Ore. — Linn-Benton Community College swept both games of a doubleheader against Everett, 9-2 and 9-5, in non-conference NWAC baseball action Sunday afternoon.
The win kept the Roadrunners' record spotless at 4-0. Everett dropped to 0-3-1.
In game one, Gavin Logan recorded two hits and three RBI's to lead the Roadrunners offensively. Eric Hill pitched five innings, giving up one run and striking out four batter, to earn the win.
In game two, which was called due to darkness in the fifth inning, Henry Wiebke and Michael Soper each had two hits. Wiebke led the Roadrunners with three RBI's.
Linn-Benton travels to Everett next weekend for a four-game series.
