ALBANY, Ore. — Tacoma Community College scored three runs in the first inning that proved to be enough of a cushion as the Titans held off Linn-Benton Community College 6-4 in Northwest Athletic Conference baseball action Saturday afternoon in game one of a scheduled double-header.
With the win, Tacoma improved to 12-1 on the season. The Roadrunners fell to 7-3.
Dequan Dennis-Lee led the Roadrunners with two hits and Colton Talton recorded a double and an RBI. Starting pitcher Daniel Ferarrio (1-1) took the loss for LBCC.
